1. About the Service

Wavemocards helps you recognise, explore, and record your emotions through 65 emotion cards. You can select cards, record the intensity of your emotions, write emotional stories, and review how your emotions change over time.

2. Not professional advice

The Service is a self-help tool for emotional awareness and education. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in distress, or have thoughts of harming yourself or others, please seek help from a qualified professional or your local crisis support service immediately.

3. Your account

Please provide accurate information when you register and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, please contact us immediately.

4. Your content

The emotion records you create in the Service belong to you. You grant us permission to store and process this content, but only as needed to provide the Service to you. We do not access the content of your records except where necessary to operate the Service or as required by law.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Service
